端口0/ 1/3物理链路不通~~
可能是网线、网卡或者端口的问题；也有可能是版本与5680T不兼容~

能力集是匹配的，但是配置恢复失败，最可能的原因应该是该终端的版本跟5680T的当前版本不匹配
