基站是根据SRS判断上行是否失步，那么手机是不是也需要判断下行失步呢？如果是的话，根据什么判断下行失步？
另外，手机是否能判断上行失步？
谢谢2楼的回复。个人认为ul grant不太可能。手机完全可以处于RRC连接状态、而没有上下行的业务数据发送。
关于TAC，个人感觉像是用于手机作上行同步监控的。
The UE has a configurable timer timeAlignmentTimer which is used to control how long the UE is considered uplink time aligned
并且当timer超时的时候，手机会通知RRC释放PUCCH/SRS
when timeAlignmentTimer expires:
- flush all HARQ buffers;
- notify RRC to release PUCCH/SRS;
- clear any configured downlink assignments and uplink grants.
