Major Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for Pre and Post-sales support including troubleshooting with Spirent Range of testing equipment
2.Provide competitive information and analysis on Pre and Post-sales support Activities
3.Handle product's quality assurance issues (if any)
4. Conduct technical and product operation training
5.Work with Account Manager & Distributors to achieve target for regional Accounts.
6. Propose specific proposal/solutions that meet customer requirements
7.Frequent customer visits for Product presentation and equipment demonstration.
Job Requirements:
1 .Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications or Electronic Engineering 3-5 years’ experience in data communication industry.
2.Experience in TCP/IP and all IP network, Security relative field, CCIE, CCNP or equivalent certification is preferred.
3.Familiar with IP network technologies, including all IPv4/v6 based protocol suites, SDN/NFV, Virtualization,4G/ 5G core network, automation, etc.
4.Security Experience preferred.
5.Good communications and strong study ability.
6.Good teamwork spirit
