Job title: 4G5G Senior Global Customer SupportEngineer
Position Summary
JobSummary:
We are now growingthe PDU 4G5G PLM team in Beijing, and are looking for x5 Senior GlobalCustomer Support Engineers to join us to support our 4G and 5G businessglobally.
You will work in aninternational environment with lots of contacts from different design teams inPDU as well as customer units around the world. You will have the opportunityto travel to different countries for onsite activities and to meet thecustomers.
You will also work withTechnical Deployment Support (TDS) and Product Introduction (PI), to giveon-site and remote support to various of 4G and 5G project activities includingdemo, trial, test, etc.
Responsibilities& Tasks
- Handle emergency support on a roster
- Deliver professional support towards our Customer Units and Customers
- Drive continuous improvementsof products and processes
- Share your learnings and experiences with the PLM Community
Position Qualifications
- Related working experiences on customer support, I&V, product development, network build or network optimize
- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Global perspectives to work with teams and customers around the world
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
