Parameters of the common CORESET#0 which can be used in any common orUE-specific search spaces.

The values are interpreted like the corresponding bitsin MIB pdcch-ConfigSIB1.

Even though this field is only configured in the initialBWP (BWP#0)

controlResourceSetZero canbe used in search spaces configured in other DL BWP(s) than the initial DL BWPif the conditions defined in TS 38.213 [13], clause 10 are satisfied.

initialDownlinkBWP

The initial downlink BWP configuration for a PCell. The networkconfigures the locationAndBandwidthso that the initial downlink BWP contains the entireCORESET#0 of this serving cell in the frequency domain. The UEapplies the locationAndBandwidth upon reception of this field (e.g. to determine thefrequency position of signals described in relation to this locationAndBandwidth)but it keeps CORESET#0 until after reception of RRCSetup/RRCResume/RRCReestablishment.

这里说CORESET0可以保持到RRCSetup之后，上面又说专用BWP中的Searchspace可以使用CORESET0


这两段描述岂不是有矛盾？
