Contribute to planning and executing functional unit and product-level hardware and software integration
Integration of radio hardare that consists of digital hardware, FPGA/SoC, digital and analog fron end subsystems with the radio software modules to productize the mMIMO radio
Contribute to the review of HW/SW Interface specification, review of API
Contribute to FPGA/SoC and Software design for testability by identifying required test access points and API for effective integration and validation
Plan and define HW/SW Integration including detail integration activities, integration test plan, and development/test environment and establishing quality metrics and other key performance indicators
Plan and execute interoperability testing of the radio product with 5G DU for control, management, and user plane according to ORAN interface
Work with Radio PHY Engineers for integration and validation of the PHY layer performance of the Radio
Work with Radio DPD Engineers for integration and validation of DPD algorithm
Develop and or use third party tools and scripts for creating an automated integration and validation environment
Job RequirementsJob Requirements
Proven track record in Base Station Radio HW/SW integration
Solid knowledge on C/C++ and one or more script languages
Very good understanding and knowledge of 4G or 5G radio design and radio software functions
Should be able to interpret System and Radio level specification to derive requirement for integration
Experience with integration and validation of radio software including PHY layer
Experience with Continuous Integration of radio unit or similar communication products
Experience with Test automation preferably with PHY layer test instruments such as spectrum analyser, signal generator, etc.
Experience with embedded software development is a plus
Familiarity with 3GPP Specifications related to Radio Unit
