【NR】SSB问题请教

38.300中有这么一段话：

Withinthe frequency span of a carrier, multiple SSBs can be transmitted. The PCIs ofSSBs transmitted in different frequency locations do not have to be unique,i.e. different SSBs in the frequency domain can have different PCIs. However,when an SSB is associated with an RMSI, the SSB corresponds to an individualcell, which has a unique NCGI (see clause 8.2). Such an SSB is referred to as aCell-Defining SSB (CD-SSB). A PCell is always associated to a CD-SSB located onthe synchronization raster.

疑问：
在载波频率允许的范围内，可以传输多个GSCN的SSB，并且这些SSB所使用的PCI可以是不同的。但是当SSB指示了相关联的SIB1后，SSB必须只能和一个独立唯一的小区关联。
1、是不是对于基站所管理的每个小区来说，每个小区只能唯一对应一个中心频点（GSCN）的SSB？
  基站如果有多个小区时，一次（同时刻）可以发送多个中心频点不同或者相同的SSB，这几个SSB对应基站的不同小区？
我这样理解有问题吗？
2、如果一个基站有多个小区，那每个小区的SSB中心频点是不是最好都不一样？
