ONT is inactive  断光告警
Received Dying Gasp indication from ONT  断电告警
RTRV-ALM-ALL；   查询告警
第一步：登录，然后telnet 到OLT   T命令下 例如  telnet

在T命令下查询光猫是否启动的正常

DLT-ONT::ONT-1-1-1-1-10;  删除光猫
